Common use
The active ingredient present in Tadalia strips is tadalafil - 20 mg. Comes in strips – 10 per package.
Tadalafil does not directly cause penile erections, but affects the response to sexual stimulation. The physiologic mechanism of erection of the penis involves release of nitric oxide (NO) in the corpus cavernosum during sexual stimulation. NO then activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), producing smooth muscle relaxation and inflow of blood to the corpus cavernosum.
Also used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy (enlarged prostate), pulmonary arterial hypertension and improve exercise capacity in men and women.
Dosage and direction
Tadalia stripe is taken 20 mg orally once per day at least one hour before an anticipated sexual encounter but not more than once per day.
Tare the Zip Lock pouch and take out the Tadalia plastic box inside the Zip Lock pouch. Put a TADALIA single stripe on the tongue and let it melt. As soon it melts it gives you a very fresh flavour in the mouth and the active ingredients instantly go into the blood stream by Oral-mucosa route. The effect will start immediately at 06-15 mins. The complete effect comes in 15 minutes and can last up to 36 hours.

Missed dose

Do not take tadalafil if you are also using a nitrate drug for chest pain or heart problems. This includes nitroglycerin, isosorbide dinitrate, and isosorbide mononitrate. Nitrates are also found in some recreational drugs such as amyl nitrate or nitrite ("poppers"). Taking tadalafil with a nitrate medicine can cause a sudden and serious decrease in blood pressure.
Tadalafil can decrease blood flow to the optic nerve of the eye, causing sudden vision loss. This has occurred in a small number of people taking Viagra or other drugs similar to tadalafil. Most of these people also had certain pre-existing eye problems or risk factors for blood vessel disorders (such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, smoking, or being over 50 years old). It is not clear whether tadalafil is the actual cause of vision loss.
Contraindications
Drinking alcohol while taking Tadalia can cause dangerous or unwanted side effects.
Grapefruit and grapefruit juice may interact with tadalafil and lead to unwanted side effects. Avoid the use of grapefruit products while taking Tadalia.
Avoid using any other medicines to treat impotence, such as alprostadil or yohimbine, without first talking to your doctor.
